This release of Micro-Manager is believed to be more stable than earlier beta versions. It includes a large number of improvements to stability, usability and error reporting, especially in the configuration and acquisition sections of the system.
- Numerous bug fixes have been made throughout the application.
- Improvements were made to the user interface in the Hardware Configuration Wizard.
- Snap/Live window title now indicates current status.
- An issue with the Zeiss M1 AxioImager has been resolved.
- Changes were made to the Multi-Dimensional Acquisition:
- Improvements to the MDA user interface
- Better handling of auto-focus errors
- Allow re-saving of acquired Image5D stacks.
